Exilus was a highly ranked point guard brought in by Ricky Stokes. Exilus was known as an excellent ball hander who could score, averaging 26.4 points per game during his senior season at North Marion.
Exilus was a starter at the beginning of his freshman season at Virginia Tech. However, as the season went on, he saw less and less playing time. He transferred after his freshman season to DePaul.
