Dixon averaged 18.5 points per game and 9.3 rebounds a game as a senior at South Rowan High School. Despite the fact that he only played two seasons, he was the 2nd leading scorer in South Rowan history.
Carlos Dixon developed into a very reliable four year starter for the Hokies. He averaged 12.7 points per game during his career. He finished his career 16th in Virginia Tech history in scoring, 11th in assists and 7th in steals.
