Carlton Carter was a transfer from Colorado, where he made the All-Big 12 Freshman Team in 1999. Carter was tall, athletic, and a very good outside shooter for a big man.
Carter started for the Hokies for the year and a half that he played. A very reliable insider player during that time, Carter could score and rebound.
